CAGES:
Cages
manufactured partly out of wire and galvanized steel
sheets. Battery stands are made of galvanized steel of
1.20 mm thickness. Partitions are made of hollowed
galvanized steel sheet of 0.55 mm in thickness. The
floor wire is galvanized 150 microns and has a mesh size
of 25x38mm. Easy access via front doors for each
cage
FEEDING SYSTEM:
Automatic chain feeding system with separate drive units
per tier. Feed trough of 0.65 mm galvanized steel sheets
with supports of 2mm thickness. Feed column in front of
each start set.
Corner wheels with maintenance-free
bearings.
DRINKING SYSTEM:
Nipple
drinking system for all tiers. 3-Stainless steel nipples
over the partition wall of neighboring cages with drip
trough.
MANURE REMOVAL:
Easy
Manure removal:
Cages
are provided with strong endlessly welded polypropylene
manure belt under the cages for each tier. Manure drops
directly on this manure belt underneath the cages. A
drive unit at the end set and idler roller at the front
set carries out automatic manure removal. Manure from
each tier is conveyed onto the manure cross belt at the
end of the battery.
Manure belt scrapers at the end set clean
the
polypropylene belt on each tier.
The manure cross belt conveys the manure
onto the manure elevating belt situated out of the
house.
FEED SILO:
One out
door feed silo capacity 10 tons for each house. The silo
is equipped with pneumatic filling with auger, over flow
pipe, protected ladder. The silo supplies the feed
direct to an external feed hopper that is situated
inside the control room, used for manual feeding, and
then to the feed hoppers in front of the battery lines
through flex-way auger system. The silo is equipped with
two glass windows.
DRINKING WATER:
Two
internal water tanks each 500 liters
capacity, made of glass fibre reinforced polyester.
The water tanks are equipped with supply
and drain off valve and with pump to supply medicated
water to distributing tank at the each tier of
batteries.
LIGHTING SYSTEM:
Lighting system is designed to provide a light intensity
of 6W per square meter and arranged in 6-longitudinal
lines over walkways. Lamps of 60W pin type bulbs hanged
2m over finished floor of house. The lighting system is
controlled by a dimmer. For the service room
2-florescent lamps will be provided. A lighting unit of
100W will be supplied for front and rear gable wall.
ALARM SYSTEM:
Each
house will be provided with an alarm system for
detection of:
Alarm
system operates by visual and acoustics signals.
VENTILATION AND COOLING SYSTEM:
Exhaust
ventilation system will be applied. The fans will be
placed at end of the sidewalls and rear gable wall while
the pad cooling system will be located at the opposite
ends of the sidewalls.
-
A ventilation rate of 14m3/h
per bird will be provided, based on 7m3/kg
of live weight of layer.
-
Average live weight of each layer: 2kg.
-
Total ventilation capacity: 352’800m3
per house.
-
48’’ fans of 32’400m3/h
capacity at 5mm W.C. will be used.
-
The
number of the fans per house: 11
Cooling
pads will be located on the sidewalls in cooling
corridors. Aluminum wall of the corridor will protect
the pad from direct wind and dust.
For each house 84m2 pad area
is planned.
The
height of the pad is 2.00m and thickness is 10cm. Pad
cooling system will be complete with water supply
system, distribution pad, return gutter, water tank and
pump.
Efficiency of pad cooling system
Starting condition:
50oC, 25% relative humidity
Wet bulb temperature 23oC
Air entry temperature: 27oC
Average House Temperature: 29oC
The
durability and the functioning of the pad cooling system
can be negatively influenced by following conditions.
AUTOMATIC CONTROLLING OF VENTILATION,
COOLING AND HEATING SYSTEM:
Ventilation, cooling and heating systems will be
controlled by an electronic thermostat.
CENTRAL ELECTRIC CONTROL PANEL:
A
central switch panel will be located in service room and
contain all necessary electrical equipment such as the
main circuit breakers, contactors, terminals,
control-switches and motor protection switches.
System
is complete with all wiring system from central electric
control panels to all motors inside the poultry area.
Cables will be NYM type and 600-1000V insulation grades. |
